Our Guarantee of Satisfaction
We want your tent to be right for you. If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return or exchange your tent for any reason, we will exchange it for another model or refund your money.

This guarantee of satisfaction does not include charges for shipping, or additional charges for upgrading to a higher priced model. Please retain the shipping materials that your tent arrived in. This will save on return costs, if you choose to return the tent. Contact us prior to any returns.

Our Warranty
Your AutoHome tent is warranted against defects in material and manufacturing for 5 years from the date of original purchase. AutoHomeUSA will repair or replace, upon inspection, and at its option, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or to damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use.
