Inventory
We keep a large supply of tents in stock for immediate shipment, so your tent is probably in stock and will ship within a day or two of receiving your order confirmation. If it is not in stock, we will advise you of this, and tell you when we will have it before accepting your order. We can also special order roof top tents, but this may take some time, as we receive tents via ocean containers. Air Freight of these items is cost prohibitive.

AutoHomeUSA has dealers in some areas of the country. This dealer network is growing, and the list of dealers will be updated from time to time. Your AutoHome dealer will assist you in selecting, receiving, and mounting your tent on your vehicle. Please see our

Order configuration form
We do not accept orders over the Internet. We prefer to talk to you, and answer all your questions before you purchase. We want your tent to be right for you. We have included a faxable order configuration form in PDF format that will assist you in providing us with the information we need to get you started with your order.

You can reach us at our order line 888-852-2359. We staff the phone Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Coast time. If you call after hours, just leave us a message and we will call you back during business hours.
Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We accept wire transfers, and we also accept checks.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we will bill your credit card and will then send an invoice to you via e-mail or fax reflecting the tent and accessories that you ordered, shipping charges, and scheduled shipping date. If you order from one of our dealers, the dealer will receive the order confirmation and will inform you of the details.
Shipping
To insure arrival in perfect condition, we crate all tents before shipping, and charge $60 for the service. Shipping costs will vary with your location. Please be on hand to receive your tent from the drayage company, and inspect for possible shipping damage. Please call us immediately if there is any problem.
Pick-Up at the warehouse
You may also pick up your tent at our warehouse to avoid crating charges and shipping delays and expense. Our main warehouse is in Sparks, Nevada and we have a small stock of tents at our secondary warehouse in Newark, New Jersey. A $25 handling fee will be charged for pick-up at the warehouse, since a loading bay is used and we normally assist in unpacking and are responsible for the disposal of packing materials.
