Our Guarantee of Satisfaction

We stand behind our products! We want your tent to be right for you. If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return or exchange your tent for any reason, we will exchange it for another model or refund your money, less a 10% restocking fee. The tent must be received in new, merchantable condition.

This guarantee of satisfaction does not include charges for shipping, crating, or additional charges for upgrading to a higher priced model.


WARRANTY: Your AutoHome tent is warranted for the original purchaser against defects in the material and manufacturing for five years from the original purchase date. AutoHome USA will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage, or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use. In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, the owner must assume the cost and liability of freight. Proof of purchase date and the serial number of the tent are both required.

PRICES: Taxes and duties excluded for goods sold FOB AutoHome USA warehouse, Retail prices and quotations may be adjusted to reflect current MSRP at any time without advance notice.

TRANSPORT: Goods are sold FOB via AutoHome USA warehouse, Freight On Board, simply means that once the carrier picks up the product from the seller/supplier, the seller/supplier is no longer responsible for the product. It is the responsibility of the recipient signing for the received product to inspect and note any and all problems before the delivery person leaves the property. Before taking delivery, make sure the packaging is undamaged. If any packaging cases are missing, damaged or appear the be tampered with, take photos, report this on the transport document and ask the person making the delivery to sign the report before accepting the goods. Only in this manner will the insurance company pay for any damage. Autohome USA can not be held responsible for freight damage; we will help you contact the freight company, but you must call the freight inspector and you must file the claim. Ultimately, it is the Freight Company’s responsibility to deliver the shipment in good condition, and it is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect and sing for the product and note any damage. If you have a neighbor sing for the shipment, they are acting on your behalf and should follow the same accepting procedure. Deliveries without the accessories ordered or other missing items (due to their non-availability in the warehouse) shall not give rise to disputes or claims of any kind. If the goods are not accepted, all the expenses arising shall be borne by the buyer.

WARNING: To get the best out of your products, please carefully read the indications and warnings attached with the product. Placing anything on a vehicle roof changes the conditions of motoring. You should adjust your speed accordingly and within your vehicle’s specifications. Drive carefully based on the quality of the road surface, the intensity of traffic, the weather conditions, and the vehicle load. The Manufacturer declines any liability in case of accidents that may arise due to improper use of the product.

GENERAL CATOLOG: The general catalog has no contractual value. Colors, weights, and measurements are given approximatively and may vary from item to item. The Manufacturer reserves the right to make any technical, esthetic, and construction changes without prior notice.

This warranty does not include charges for shipping, crating, or taxes nor does it cover return crating, packing or shipping in the case where goods must be returned to Autohome for inspection and warranty verification.
